Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish (optional)

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
