- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add in the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
